Self Confidence

Self-confidence is closely related to self-esteem, as a healthy level of self-esteem often contributes to higher self-confidence.

It can be domain-specific, meaning that a person may feel confident in one area of their life, such as public speaking, while lacking confidence in another area, like sports. By setting achievable goals, taking risks, and learning from both successes and failures, individuals can enhance their self-confidence.
